Charles Hodge

Charles Hodge Charles Hodge was born December 27, 1797, in Philadelphia, PA, and died June 19, 1878, in Princeton, N.J. He was the principal of Princeton Theological Seminary between 1851 and 1878 and is considered to be one of the greatest exponents and defenders of historical Calvinism in America during the 19th century.
