Henry Law

Henry Law was born on September 28, 1797, at Kelshall Rectory, Kelshall, Hertfordshire, England. He was the son of Rt. Rev. George Henry Law and Jane Adeane. He died on November 25, 1884, at age 87, unmarried. Rev. Henry Law was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England. He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1820 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). He graduated from St. John's College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, in 1823 with a Master of Arts (M.A.). He held the office of Dean of Gloucester between 1862 and 1884
