Denise Humphrey

Denise Humphrey is a wife and a mother of three children. She was formerly a classical dance teacher and middle school English teacher. Once a Southern Baptist she is now Presbyterian (PCA).

In the providence of God, she and her family encountered and came to embrace the doctrines of grace and the sovereignty of God to a greater degree. As they saw the beauty of these doctrines, they changed the way they thought about many of the ecclesiastical practices of the church, at large. Seeing the holiness of God and his sovereignty, among other doctrines, affected how they thought about the worship service, discipleship, and evangelism, among other matters, and caused them to rethink some of the current trends of evangelicalism in which they had participated.
