How did the Holy Spirit interact with human authors to write Scripture?

In terms of revelation, the Holy Spirit makes God's will clear to the writers of Scripture, and so they reveal God, God's character, and God's will to his people in their writings. And that's the way God reveals himself, through his Spirit, through the writers of the Bible.
