Answer
I suppose one could argue that the cock that crowed the morning after Jesus' arrest was "heard" by all the world insofar as the record of its crowing is in Scripture. But obviously no real cock could crow where it could actually be heard by the whole world unless the entire world were in one small place. Of course, the entire world was all in one small place on Noah's ark, where all the world consisted only of 8 people, and where there must have been a rooster, and where the rooster probably did crow (though Scripture does not record this). Also, one might answer that any rooster that crowed in the Garden of Eden before the fall might have been heard by all the world, or any rooster around Adam, Eve and the kids prior to their distribution in the land (e.g. via Cain's banishment).
