Ralph Erskine

Ralph Erskine Ralph Erskine (1685-1752), Scottish divine, was the brother of Ebenezer Erskine. After studying at the University of Edinburgh, he was ordained in 1711 and became Assistant Minister at Dunfermline. His works consist of sermons, poetical paraphrases and gospel sonnets. The Gospel Sonnets have frequently appeared separately.
