Christ in the Old Testament

Question

Can you list the fulfilled prophecies, typologies, shadows, allegories, and illusions to Christ In the Old Testament?

Answer

This is a work in progress
(no section is complete)

The possibility of one man fulfilling only 8 OT prophecies is one in 10^17. That is a 10 with 17 zeroes after it! Imagine the state of Texas covered entirely with silver dollars, two feet thick. But only one of the coins is marked and then hidden somewhere among the other coins. Now imagine sending a blindfolded man to search throughout the coins until he thinks he's found the coin that is marked. What are the odds that he will find the correct one? His chances are 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000. (10^17) [1]

The mathematical possibility of one man fulfilling 48 prophecies in 10^157 - that is 10 with 157 zeros after it. Below is a table that when complete will show well over a 500 prophecies, typologies, shadows, and illusions to Christ in the Old Testament (Psa 40:7; Luke 24:27, 44; Acts 10:43; Rev 19:10). Even at this, we will have only scratched the surface.

The possibility that one Man could embody so many references is unfathomable - but he is God! Peter declared, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God" (Matt 16:16). Has the Spirit of God led you to make this declaration?
