Shipping Policy

Merchandise will be shipped only to a verified billing address. The shipping address must be the same as the billing address for your credit card, or your card issuer will not approve the sale.

Customers wishing to have merchandise shipped to a different address must first register that address with their credit card issuer.

Return Policy

Third Millennium Ministries has a 30-day return policy for most items in new condition. You may return the product with a description of the problem and why you are returning it. The return should come from the original purchaser of the product. While we are happy to send replacements for damaged or defective items, we cannot make exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and then place a new order.

Sales Tax Policy

Items sold and delivered within the state of Florida are subject to 7% sales tax. However, following Florida law, The Spirit of the Reformation Study Bible is a non-taxable item.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated by weight based on the current rates of our preferred shipping carriers, USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx. A $2 handling charge is added to all orders.

NOTE: If you choose FedEx as your shipping option and your address is a P.O. Box, please provide a delivery address.

Free Curriculum Policy
Our multimedia curriculum is distributed free of charge to mailing addresses in the United States for use in developing countries. Generally, this includes use for and by missionaries, churches, Bible schools, theological study centers, seminaries, and individuals outside North America, Western Europe and Australia. In exceptional circumstances, we also provide free materials for other uses, and/or ship to addresses outside the United States.

Third Millennium Ministries enthusiastically provides free materials when the need is great. However, our resources are limited. Please use our estore if you have the ability to purchase our materials.
